      运用变异系数及属性识别理论对城乡结合部交通安全问题进行研究。在对影响城乡结合部交通安全因素综合分析的基础上,建立了城乡结合部交通安全评价指标体系。运用变异系数法确定各项指标权重,建立了城乡结合部交通属性识别安全评价模型。根据单指标属性测度值和多指标综合属性测度值,利用置信度准则识别城乡结合部的交通安全水平。应用此评价模型进行实例分析表明其具有良好的实用性,可以为城乡结合部交通安全规划和治理提供决策依据。
英文摘要:
      Research is conducted on road traffic safety in urban rural conjunction region using variation coefficient method and attribute mathematical recognition theory. Safety evaluation index system is established based on analysis of influencing factors of urban rural region safety. Variation coefficient method is used to determine the weight of every index and set up the attribute mathematical recognition evaluation model of road traffic safety in urban rural conjunction region. The safety level is identified by using confidence rule and according to attribute measurement values of single index and multiple indices. The analysis of a particular example using the model shows that the model is practical and could provide decision making evidence for traffic safety programming and management in urban rural conjunction region.
