      Based on the construction project of deep foundation pit under the complex geological conditions, an analysis of PLAXIS program is performed to examine and select the foundation pit supporting schemes. Some important factors are considered in the study. The conclusions are helpful to assuring safety of construction and surrounding operations, completing the project within the time limit, and achieving economic effectiveness.
