在既有线顶进框架桥,当桥上影响范围内有道岔时,通常采用纵挑横抬梁法防护线路。以焦作市文昌路既有7+16+7 m框架桥两侧各增加1 7 m框架为例进行分析设计,利用有限元软件建模分析加固体系中的纵梁、横梁,确定纵梁、横梁的型号,明确了在影响加固道岔区的诸多控制因素中,道岔区轨道竖向位移为主要控制因素。另外,简单介绍了该工程线路防护及顶进施工步骤。 |

When the existing railway pushing frame bridge has the turnout within its scope of influence,longitudinal horizontal lifting beam method is usually adopted to protect the railway. The example of Wenchang road in the city of Jiaozuo is taken for analysis. The existing frame bridge (16+7+7 m) is increased by 1 7 m frame on each side. By using the finite element software to model and analyze the vertical beam and cross beam, this paper confirms the types of vertical beam and cross beam, pointing out that bifurcation area rail vertical displacement is the main factor among many controlling ones which influence strengthening turnout zone. Besides, the line protection of the project and the procedure of jacking construction are also simply introduced in this paper. |
