对传统换热站的工作结构进行了简单分析,提出其存在的问题。针对这些问题进行节能技术改造,主要采用了两种技术措施:热用户侧供水温度气候补偿的优化调节,实现按需供热;依据室内采暖系统最佳循环流量确定最佳控制压差值,循环水泵进行变频调节,实现热用户侧的变流量运行。 |

Based on an analysis of the structure of the traditional heat exchange station, the existing problems are put forward. We apply the climate compensation adjustment to the supply water temperature on the side of heat users; and determine the appropriate pressure difference value based on the optimum circulation flow of indoor heating system and applying the pressure difference control to the frequency conversion of circulating water pump, so as to achieve variable flow operation. |
