      针对交通土建类本科生科研素质偏低的情况，通过采取加强新生专业教育、实行导师制、不断深化课程建设、开展多种形式的科技活动、毕业设计（论文）与科研相结合等多项措施，提高了本科生的创新能力。实践表明，本科教育中学生科研素质的培养至关重要。

      Based on the low quality of scientific research of transportation and civil engineering undergraduates, by strengthening the major education of freshmen, carrying out tutorial system, deepening course construction, developing various forms of scientific and technological activities, combining the graduation design (thesis) and the scientific research, the innovation ability of undergraduates were improved. Practice shows that the cultivation of scientific research qualification of the students is essential in undergraduate education.
