      新生代农民工是我国公民政治参与的重要组成部分。但是当前我国新生代农民工的政治参与主要表现为非制度化参与, 存在着制度化参与的困境。为破解这一困境, 需要采取提高收入、完善相关制度建设, 加强和普及对新生代农民工的教育和培训, 提高他们的社会认同感等措施, 促使新生代农民工的政治参与活动由非制度化向制度化转变。

      The young migrant w orker s ar e an impor tant part of the polit ical part icipat ion of the public people in our count ry. But at present the young mig rant w orkers mainly part icipate in polit ics in a non??inst itut io nalizat ion w ay, and there is predicament o f the institutionalized polit ical par ticipat ion. In order to crack the predicament , w e must take measures to impro ve their income, perfect the related sy stem const ruct ion, st rengthen and popularize their education and t raining and to raise their social approbation etc, and help them change their non??institut io nalized polit ical part icipat ion to inst itut ionalized po litical part icipation.?? ??
