      随着市场经济的发展和全球化浪潮的冲击, 新时期我国大学生特别是工科院校大学生出现了人文素养下降, “高学历,低素养”，“有知识，没文化”的问题,引起了社会的普遍关注。列举了当代大学生人文素养缺失的种种表现，并对其归因的基础上，就工科院校大学生人文素养的重塑与提高提出了几点思路。

      With the development of market economy and globalization, the humanistic accomplishment of college students especially for engineering colleges is fading out and this phenomenon has drawn widespread concern in society. The manifestations and reasons of the decline of students' human spirit are presented, and some ideas to restructure and promote the humanistic accomplishment are put forward in the paper.
