      21世纪已成为知识经济的时代，无形资产作为高等院校科技创新的重要载体，为经济社会的发展提供了重要的作用。高等院校若想在发展中立于不败之地，就必须重视无形资产的管理。在新形势下，高等院校无形资产发挥的作用日益凸显，但无形资产管理中存在的问题也更为突出。因此，要充分认识这些问题，研究解决问题的应对策略，建立健全高等院校无形资产管理机构，科学评估无形资产价值，提高无形资产管理水平。

英文摘要:

      Twenty first Century has become the era of knowledge economy, while intangible assets as an important carrier of science and technology innovation in higher education plays an important role for the development of economy and society. If the institutions of higher learning try to remain invincible in development, the management of intangible assets must be paid attention to. Under the new situation, the role of universities’ intangible assets is becoming increasingly prominent, meanwhile, the problems in the management of intangible assets is more and more outstanding, therefore, related management institution should be fully aware of these problems, explore problem solving strategies, establish the administration of intangible assets, assess the value of intangible assets scientifically and improve the level of the intangible assets management.
