      Led by the Strategy of Strengthening the province with culture, the spiritual connotation of regional culture should be actively explored and excavated. While the Yanzhao culture, which is rooted deeply in the essence of China’s civilization has been the spiritual garden for the people of Hebei province and its spiritual accumulation provides the local resource for Hebei province to carry out reforming and opening up and to touch the world, it can provide sustainable spirit power for modernization construction of Herbei province as well. To carry forward Yanzhao culture spirit needs the whole society to make joint efforts, while the higher education would take on more responsibility to carry forward the regional culture spirit with unique advantage because it shoulder the social responsibilities in terms of cultivation of talents, discipline construction, servicing for the society and leading the social civilization.
