      对我国高等教育现状进行分析，结合高校特点提出了精细化管理的理念，即实现办学效率和办学效益的有机统一，使人、财、物的投入发挥最大效益，体现在高校育人价值、学术价值、社会服务价值和文化价值的提升上。建立了精细化管理评价指标体系。选择数据包络分析法作为评价方法，从高校投入产出上对高校进行综合评价。以某高校为例，依据精细化管理理念进行了投入产出的DEA分析。

英文摘要:

      The status of higher education in China is analyzed in the paper. The concept of meticulous management is proposed combing with characters of colleges and universities that is to achieve organic unity of efficiency and effectiveness in school management and to make best use of personnel, financial and material resource which is embodied concretely in the improvement of educational value, academic value, social service value and culture value of college and university. A set of evaluation index system of meticulous management is built and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is selected as the evaluation method to make an input output analysis on some university according to the concept of meticulous management.
