      儒家思想作为中国传统文化中的重要组成部分，对中国社会历史的发展起到了重要作用。儒家民本思想讲究“天人合一”、“辞让之心”、“和而不同”，通过实现异中求同，以创造和谐的社会关系。儒家思想中以“民为邦本，本固邦宁”作为治国安邦的核心理念，将安抚民众作为推进国家稳定发展的根本问题来思考，引导国家的统治者着力于民生问题的研究。本文侧重于探讨儒家“民本”思想，从当代社会发展角度对“民本”思想的时代价值进行分析。

英文摘要:

      As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, the Confucianism has played an important role in the social and historical development of China, in particular the Confucianism’s people oriented idea, such as “harmony between man and nature”, “sense of modesty and yielding”, “harmonious but different”, which aim at seeking similarities rom differences to create harmonious society. Confucianism establishes the idea that “People is the foundation of the country,the country will be safe if the foundation is firmed” as its core for administrating a country. And it regards pacifying the people as the fundamental problem in promoting the peace and stable development of the country, therefore leading the administrators to focus on the problems of people’s livelihood. This paper focuses on the discussion of the Confucian “people oriented” ideology, carried on the analysis to the “people oriented” ideology of the value of the times from the perspective of contemporary social development.
