      本文在对国内高校教师绩效考核进行梳理的基础上，以省属重点S大学中的某二级学院为研究对象，构建了高校二级单位绩效考核指标体系，并按照正态分布原则对考核标准进行了量化；最后，对绩效考核的高效进行给出了一些促进措施。

      Based on the analysis of the domestic university teachers’performance evaluation，this article takes a secondary school of S university as the research object, establishing the performance evaluation index system of secondary school and quantifying performance standard in accordance with the principle of normal distribution . Some measures are used to promote the efficiency of carrying out the performance evaluation.
